CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering with Digital Campus Intelligence (DCI), the school/institution agrees to comply with all terms, policies, and operational guidelines issued by DCI from time to time.

2. Registration & Subscription

• School registration will be considered successful only after completion of the registration process and payment confirmation.
• The school must provide accurate and valid information during registration.
• DCI reserves the right to approve, reject, or suspend any registration if incorrect or misleading information is found.

3. Payment Policy

• All payments made towards registration, subscription, setup, onboarding, customization, training, or service activation are non-refundable.
• Once the school is registered and the account is activated, no refund request will be entertained under any circumstances.
• Partial usage or non-usage of services does not qualify for any refund.

4. Service Activation

• DCI services will be activated based on the selected package and implementation timeline.
• Additional modules, integrations, or custom developments may require separate charges.

5. Data Responsibility

• The school is solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data uploaded into the platform.
• DCI will maintain reasonable security practices to protect data confidentiality.

6. User Access & Security

• Login credentials provided by DCI are confidential and must not be shared with unauthorized persons.
• The school is responsible for activities performed using its accounts.

7. Service Availability

• DCI aims to provide uninterrupted services; however, temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues.
• DCI shall not be held responsible for losses caused due to internet issues, third-party failures, or force majeure events.

8. Intellectual Property

• All software, branding, design, modules, reports, AI systems, and related technologies belong exclusively to Digital Campus Intelligence (DCI).
• Schools are not permitted to copy, resell, or reproduce any part of the platform without written permission.

9. Communication Consent

By registering, the school authorizes DCI to communicate through:

• WhatsApp
• SMS
• Email
• Phone Calls
• Mobile Notifications

for service updates, alerts, support, and promotional information.

10. Support & Training

• Basic onboarding and support will be provided as per the selected plan.
• Advanced training, on-site visits, or additional support services may be chargeable.

11. Policy Updates

DCI reserves the right to modify these terms and policies at any time. Updated policies will become effective immediately upon publication or communication.

12. Cancellation & Termination

• DCI reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of misuse, non-payment, illegal activities, or violation of policies.
• Termination of services does not make the school eligible for any refund.

13. Limitation of Liability

DCI shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data caused by user negligence
• Unauthorized access due to weak password practices
• Indirect business losses or operational interruptions

14. Governing Jurisdiction

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable to DCI's registered business location.
